There are 2 bathrooms with underfloor-heating, living/dining room and a fully equipped and modern kitchen with a ceramic hob, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc ....

This Villa has its own private pool with roman style steps and underwater lighting, large balustraded sun-terrace, with sun all day long.
