The following points are for your information and guidance when renting a Holiday Home through Spectra Properties:

High Season: June, July, August, September, Easter, Christmas, New Year.

Properties with a swimming pool: The swimming pool is normally ready for use from June to September. If a swimming pool is essential outside of the high season, please check before you book.

All prices are on a weekly basis. Minimum booking is 1 week for the country-villas and 3 days for
apartments.

If more than 4 people wish to occupy the accommodation
(if available), there will be an extra daily charge for high / low season as follows:

High season Daily charge 27.00 Euros per person

Low season Daily charge 18.00 Euros per person

No extra charge for children under 10 years of age

All properties are thoroughly cleaned and maintained as a standard free service, which includes changing of sheets, towels and bed linen, after clients vacate, to ensure comfort for all our clients on arrival. Also electricity and water supply are included in the listed price. All prices are subject to an additional charge for VAT.

All properties are located in a rural area, about 50 km east of Malaga and about 8 to 17 km from the coast (Costa del Sol). From Málaga Airport each place takes about an hour to reach by car.

We also offer favourable accommodation in the hotel rooms by the sea and in the village of Cómpeta.

Deposit: A 30% (non refundable) deposit of the total rental cost is required to reserve your booking, and the balance is to be paid in full 8 weeks before arrival. We also require a retainer of
200 Euros to cover any damages incurred during your term of rental. This is payable on arrival and returnable on departure subject to no costs being incurred. Please refer to our
Terms & Conditions.
