Holiday - Properties Terms and Conditions

Contract of hire. All bookings are accepted by the owners, subject to these conditions which are deemed to have been accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the party on completion of the booking form.
Confirmation. Your booking is only confirmed on receipt of your deposit as per clause 3 of these conditions
Payment. Your booking must be accompanied by your payment of 30% of the total cost. The balance, without further notification, to be paid a clear 8 weeks prior to hire commencement date. If your booking is made 8 weeks or less before this date it must be accompanied by full payment. If the final payment is not received by a clear 8 weeks prior to commencement date, then the owners will consider that the hirer is in breach of contract thereby cancelling the booking.
What is included. The rental includes: cost of water, electricity, gas, maintenance of pool and garden. A full inventory of equipment and utensils. Please note that no items are to be removed from the property during the term of your rental.
What is not included. The rental price does not include any personal insurance, travel or transportation from the airport.
Cancellation by the hirer. All cancellations of bookings must be in writing, notified and received by the owners no later than 8 clear weeks before departure, the full hire cost is to be paid as stated in clause 3.
Occupancy. Only the stated number of people on the booking form may occupy the property, which cannot be re-let/sublet to any other group/party without the written approval of us, Spectra Properties, the representative of the owners. The property will be available for occupation from 17.00 hrs on the day of arrival and has to be vacated latest by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure.
Maximum number of people. Under no circumstances may the maximum number of people specified in the description occupy the property except by prior written agreement with the owners. The owners or their representatives reserve the right to refuse admittance to the hirer and their party if there is a breach of contract.
Damage to property. Except in the case of normal wear & tear the hirer will be responsible for repairing any damage to the property or its contents which has occurred due to negligence, wilful damage or irresponsible behaviour on the part of those in occupancy or their guests. Such damage must be reported without delay. The cost of repair or replacement must be agreed and paid to the representative or the owners. For this purpose, a figure of 150 Euros is held against damage to the property, furnishings or for excessive cleaning requirements. This is payable on arrival and returned on departure subject to no costs being incurred.
Hirers responsibilities. The hirer is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents – utensils, furniture and all rooms must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period. An amount of 100 Euros will be charged to the hirer if the property is not left in the said manner. The hirer shall ensure that no activity in or around the pool which may cause pollution to the water or damage to the structure of the filtration equipment takes place. They are also to ensure that the BBQ is cleaned and all rubbish is placed in the communal dustbins.
Injury and Damage. Neither the owners nor their local representatives take any liability for personal injury loss or damage to personal belongings however arising during the booking period.
Information. All information supplied by the owners and their representatives is given in good faith and is based upon information available at the time. All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of any statement made, however the owners and their representatives are not liable for any variation however caused.
